Aria scales connecting to a new router

There are lots of threads about connecting WiFi to an Aria but none about connecting an existing Aria to a new router

i noticed my Aria wasn’t connecting to my new router, I went through all the suggestions

Take the battery out for 10 seconds, it found my WiFi but it said tap to change, I didn’t need to but I did, then it just turned off

There  is a small hole in the bottom, I assumed it’s a rest button, well I put a pin in hoping it was, it didn’t do anything apart from a slight click, felt rather than heard

My router is the latest Sky router, (I’m getting over 60 mps)

I wanted to remove the aria from my account, but the advice is well out of date, there is no cog any more

i haven’t got very far trying to set up my aria to my account,

I have tried all the walk through, but none seem to work for me

I’m not coughing up for a new set of scales, so anyone got suggestions to set up a sky router with a white aria ?

Hello and welcome @Derrick241

I am not familiar with the Sky Router. I did do a bit of digging around and found this:https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Fitbit-Aria-Scales/td-p/3001195 Maybe this will shed some light on the situation.
I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help

I just learned via chat with fitbit, that the Aria scale only connects to a 2.4GHz WiFi and not a 5 GHz, which is what my problem was.
