Aria scales displays several messages

Soon after several attempts of taking my batteries out of my aria scales and waiting from 10 seconds to over night this I the problem I face

 

Connects to wifi

Then starts a non stop rolling message of set up active 

Tried removing batteries and starting again BUT

This just happens again so I stepped on the scales now

Its thinking then orders me to step off continuously the goes blank

Even tapping or stepping back on activates nothing

So I repeat the process and get the same issues

These are on fresh batteries

Any ideas please thanks
