Aria scales measuring 40lbs under

My scales are weighing me at between 97&102 when I step on 5 times in a row. When I use other scales I'm 140lbs which is much more accurate considering in 5'4 and not skin and bones... Anyone know how to fix this. It's only in the last week it's started measuring like this
