Aria scales not showing correct weight in app

Hi I have a brand new Aira scales and it's not showing the correct weight in the app. It's off by a couple of kgs. 

Scales weight: 81.03 kg

APP weight  77

Now I'd be very happy with the 77 but it's not correct  

Please help

I usually have to weigh myself once to calibrate it based on where you are placing it to weigh at as well as based on how you store it because as for myself I always place it back in the box. So whenever I weigh myself first it always overweighs me and then I do it again and then it gives me the correct weight after that. Not sure if this will help you but good luck hopefully it does
