Aria scales not showing guests weight

My aria scales have decided not to log any guest weight anymore is there away to fix this ?

Hello @kallie77 and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit changed this a while ago.  I read that it was in response to complaints that user weights aren't private, despite Fitbit's claims.  All guest weights get lost in cyberspace.  What issue are you having with your scale?  Is it an Aria or Aria 2?
