Extremely disappointed with Fitbit and their response to the problem with my Aria scales. They have just suddenly stopped working. I have tried all the troubleshooting advice, but it’s still just get the message “SENSING…STEP OFF...THINKING..ERR"
Fitbit support have offered no further help and not even a discount towards new scales. In our family we have 4 Fitbit watches, 2 had to be replaced last year under warranty as they suddenly stopped working. There is obviously an issue with their devices meaning they don’t last long at all, badly made it seems nowadays. Not impressed!
