Love when you call fitbit tech support they tell you that the scale doesn't connect to your network because it isn't compatible...when it was connected yesterday....nothing has changed. It would be nice to speak with someone who understands english! According to tech support the scales can't connect anymore, or at least that is what I understood was said in broken english.
