My scale stopped communicating the internet.  I would get a sync error.  I tried to reset the WIFI connections and then the aria setup active message stays on continuously.

 

I found one other message on this from 2016, but there were no suggestions to fix it.

 

It does connect to the WIFI network but it does not complete the setup.

I’m having the same issue and it seems this is an on issue with no answers! I’m hoping someone can provide an answer even if that’s how to use them without wifi... at this stage they’re just an expensive trip hazard, wanna be floor tile that’s no use except to gather dust in the corner of my room...

Love the Mustang tail gate.  I've worked in the auto industry for 40 years.  Today, Ford is my only customer.  

 

I can use my scale, but I have to manually record the weight.  I tried several times to connect with using my phone and my laptop.  No Luck.

 

I saw a similar comment on this forum from 2016. It is a known problem.  

 

I am going to try and call them on Monday.  Stay tuned!
