Trying to set our Aria scale backup after moving and wifi changed. In beginning of setup you are to personalize the scale with a name and “enter your initials”. I keep getting an error that says “match the requested format”. But nothing to say what the requested format is. I’ve tried many different ways of entering this info, always with the same error message.
