My Aria won’t connect to our WiFi and is showing “WIFI ERR” - we switched from Xfinity (worked just fine) to Mediacom and haven’t been able to connect. Suggestions? The router we have isn’t issued by Mediacom - it’s an Arris Surfboard

@Slembrey05 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not connecting to your new router. I'd like you to make sure that your router complies with the settings required to connect your Aria. Please check out the list of settings in this help article. After this, follow the setup process one more time that proceeds in the help article.
