This is my 2nd fitbit scale. 1st had an issue after 24 months and 2nd is almost the same... After 24 months it's having issues.

 

It keeps saying Sensing, Step Off, Thinking, Err message and runs out of battery in a day or two as it's not off at all.. And I keep changing battery.

 

I see other people are having similar issues as well. Pls don't tell me this is out of warranty and you will not fix it when lot of people are having similar issues. We have been a fitbit customer for a very long time and have every version of fitbit wearable in our household.

 

If you can see the account, this had been going on for a long time now in my scale.

Hi @Malai,

 

You need to get in touch with Fitbit Support (link is at the bottom of the page) directly about this.  I'm thinking your scale is malfunctioning. Do you know what the error message says when you get it?
