Aria shows a "Fitbit.com/setup" message

The scale shows the weight - then it writes Fitbit.com/setup. That’s it. It doesn’t find the user, it doesn’t show the BMI and it doesn’t sync. It has been working fine for some months and now this. Anybody who has had this problem and knows how to solve it?
