My aria started to stop syncing since December 2018. It would function as a scale but would not sync to my Fitbit app.
I contacted the support and one of their operators told me bluntly that they could not help me and I would have to purchase a new scale since there is no warranty for my Aria now. They did not even try to help me with trying few possible solutions. I am furious because I have been a long time Fitbit member.
I hope one of you have a solution! I would love to have my aria syncing work once again!

Same here. Mine has not synced since 1-2017. Every few months I try again. I was also told to get a new scale.
