Aria shows a "No Sync" message

Hi All

 

Here is a curly one. I have two sets of fitbit Aira's. One I purchased brand new years ago and the other recently second hand. I just tried to connect the second hand one to the same network as the other and it gets all the way though to Sync and then comes up with "No Sync" 

 

I then deleted my old set from fitbit and set both up using the app. My old set of scales syncs perfectly and the recently purchased one comes up with "No Sync".

 

I have read so many posts on how to fix the No Sync issue and they all seem informative but the fact of the matter is one set of scales is working fine and the other is not syncing. 

 

Can someone at Fitbit please explain.
