Aria shows a "Sensing , ERR" message

I have carried out all of the fixes I could find on the forum for my Aria (1) and it keeps saying ‘sensing, sensing, step off, ERR’.

 

removing all batteries and waiting to reinsert them.

 

reset using a paper clip in the hole in the back while putting the last battery in and then going through the whole set up process again.  Managed to change from firmware 39 to 37.

 

WiFi is connecting fine.

 

I haven’t changed anything e.g. broadband provider this just started happening a week ago! 

Help!
