I've bought a used Fitbit Aria and I'll be honest I don't know what I'm doing with it - could be me doing something wrong but it doesn't seem to work?!

 

I've gone through set up successfully and got it registered to my wifi and I'm added as a user. When I stand on it it tells me to get off, say's it's thinking then just displays "Err". Is it broken or am I doing it wrong?
