I have spent several hours reading the forums and trouble shooting. I am on flat, solid, dry ground. My feet are dry and clean. I have changed the batteries, factory reset the scale, waited, shook it, burnt incense for it. My network supports 802.11b as well as all the other wifi protocols. Despite all of this effort, the step off, thinking, ERR still come up. I have owned 7 Fitbit products and have had my account since September of 2013. Tell me how to fix this scale that was working perfectly yesterday and not today or send me a new one.
