Aria shows a "Sensing Thinking ERR" message

Well I was a fool trying to fix my NO SYNC issue a couple days back before I read the community. So I tried all the resetting of batteries, adding to my network to no avail. I went from a No sync issue to a nothing happened to connect issue to now a Hi:) and the usual sensing thinking and then the ERR message.

Today I read that the No sync issue has been resolved. Well that is a sleight of hand. Correct I no longer get the no sync error now because I tried to fix it while they were having their issues with servers I obviously messed up what I once had and now my scale does not work at all No reading.

I have properly gone through the web based network connection 5 times since the "fix" and now (even though I got the check mark after setting up my connection and getting a "Success" that I am now connected and my aria does show it is connected to my network, when I step on it, it tells me to get off and I get the err message,

Has anyone else since the supposed "NO SYNC FIX" and closed thread continue to not be able to access Fitbit through the scale to even get a reading? I am so done with them I bought a body works scale. BUT I would like my aria to at least show me the weight even if it doesn't upload it.

Any help out there to fix my ERR message?? Thank You in advance.

Update:

I even tried deleting it from my account and adding it as a new device and I still get a final ERR message even though it says I linked to my network. Does not get past the initial step off and then the ERR. I am getting so done with this company. Obviously my scale is out of warranty so this is down the drain. Again I ask are any of you having same problem did you find a solution?

Can't help, but going through the same pain with a scale now.  I know your pain!  I tried connected my scale to a different wifi network and now find that a so-called factory rest doesn't actually remove the network, i.e. I reset the scale and it says it's still connected to the network.  And still effectively dead.  What a joke of a scale; firmware updates that seem to brick it, basic functionality that doesn't work, and threads dating back to 2017 from customers with ERR displays being told (in my words paraphrasing JuanFitbit), "thanks for the feedback which will help make future products better".  Given it's been four years, that's not likely, is it?
