As many other Fitbit Aria customers have posted, I am having a problem with my Aria scale giving me an error message for no reason. It has v39 displaying on the screen, which one customer mentioned means it has the correct firmware.... I have also tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions, to include removing batteries, waiting, recalibrating, etc. What do I have to do to get this issue solved? All of the other forums on this topic have NOT been solved, even though they have been marked otherwise. Please let me know what needs to be done to correct this issue. I already know you're going to forward this to product support.... So I'm hoping they actually have an answer for me.
