Have had the Aria FB201B working fine for 2 years, but suddenly it shows the "Sensing -> Thinking -> Err" message on display. Have tried having the batteries out for several minutes, and even setup from scratch again, but nothing helps. Last sync was on October 24. Please help me Fitbit support.

I’m surprised your comment is still up. I expressed my frustrations and my comment was deleted. In no way was I offered help for the $130 I threw down the toilet. My aria is still not working today.

I persisted with emailing the support tram and following their instructions. Eventually the sent me the new Aria 2 at no cost as Aria is not supported in Australia any more. There is not much difference between the 2 scales, so glad to have my scales working and connecting to the wifi very easily.

We just bought our 3rd aria scale in 6 years. The first one went haywire just after changing batteries and the second after an internet change. The same thing.......thinking.....ERR. there seems to be something going on in the sensors with a small upset. This should not be! In addition, these things are too much to be putting in landfill all of the time. We've inherited electronic scales from our parents that are MUCH older and STILL working! There should be some way you could, for one, fix this issue and 2, refurbish and recycle! We love the concept just not the use of 2 years and throw away because it malfunctions. They still look new!
