Aria shows a "Sensing...step off...sensing...step off" message

My scale just quit performing it's main function - weighing people. When you step on the scale, it sometimes won't turn on, while other times it will continuously say sensing and tell you to step off. That continues on forever. After I take the batteries out and put them back in, the screen is off, but at random, it will say sensing...step off...sensing...step off over and over until we notice and take the batteries out.

We have reset the scale and it will work for one or two weighs and then go back to this issue. None of the things I have read on this forum have worked for me.

I also could not find an email address to connect to support to report this. I don't have twitter, so cannot reach out to support in that manner.

Which model Aria scale do you have?

I think it's an original Aria scale. Nothing fancy.
