This expensive Aira is now destined for the rubbish bin, as with all our other fitbit products, which have failed or broken over the years, well before an expected design life.
After poor materials engineering on our first fibit where the plastic wrist bands broke due to poor material design, to appalling software engineering where frustrating software design and implementation meant the bluetooth would not sync no matter what we tried - and I am a software engineer!, to the failed black screen on the expensive Charge 3.
Fitbit has appalling hardware reliability, miserable software experience, and non existent customer support.
Avoid Fitbit like the plague - nothing but bad experiences.
