Aria shows a "Step Off Err" message

I have been using my Aria for a couple of years now, but suddenly I have been getting a "Step Off Err" message.

I have tried:

1. Changing the batteries 

2. cleaning the batteries area 

3. putting a pin in the back hole to reset the scale

4. setting up the wifi again

5. weighing 5 time in row 

6. try a different surface

7. cleaning the shoes of the scale

8. Praying 😉 

Do anyone have a suggestion to solve this?

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Aria scale and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.  

This error appears when the scale can't measure your weight and it's usually recommended to: 

• Remove the batteries for 10 seconds and reinsert them.
• Be sure the scale is placed on an even surface and weigh yourself again.
