I have done everything possible listed in the hundreds of posts about the same issue. I reset the scale removed the batteries reset completely removed account reconnect scale step on 5 times in a row ..... all come out to the same result:ERR
what is the fix for this? I spend some serious money on this scale a couple years ago and expect it to last

Exact same thing this morning. SO annoying! Hope we get a fix ASAP
