Same issues as others. I replaced the batteries and got the error message. I've tried resetting the wifi, calibrating it, and moved it somewhere else that also had a flat hard surface. Nothing worked. I see a lot of people been having this issues since November. Is there a resolution yet?

Hi ShonB,

I had the same issue with my scale and gave up waiting for Fitbit to do something so, I decided to buy a different brand. So far, so good! It’s much more affordable and can give more types of measurements
