Aria shows a "Thinking- Sensing- ERR" message

Hi,

Im assuming you know exactly what I’m going to say as I can see that there are multiple complaints with the same issue.

My aria is no longer doing anything but giving this message. I have reset, taken out batteries, weighed myself 5 times and spent far too much time for my liking trying to fix this issue.

Please let me know how you are going to resolve this as it clearly a fault with your product.

Thanks!

I'm having this issue too. Fitbit Support walked me through resetting it, then asked me to try weighing myself five times "to calibrate". That didn't work, so they had me change the batteries. When that didn't work, they gave up and said there is nothing they can do.

Between my Blaze device which counts steps even when I've told it I'm riding a bike (not even relying on auto detection) and scales that don't want to weigh me (#YouHadOneJob) I am seriously doubting if I want to continue using fitbit now. Although my current account is only a year or so old (the only way to reset achieved badges) I have otherwise been a loyal customer for 7years. No more, Fitbit, no more.

That’s ridiculous! They know this product is faulty, regardless of the
timeframe.. if they know that their product is flawed and they still chose
to sell it and don’t off a solution?! I’m pretty sure I have a fair case
here with consumer affairs.

The more that pipe up about it, the better our chances of getting it
resolved!

Same, same, same.  I can't believe how many posts exist on other sites for this exact same issue, yet they have done nothing to address it.
