My friend just gave me his Aria and I''ve have followed the setup to join my network. Unfortunately I get an err and it goes back to setup. I've tried to setup via the app on my phone and on desktop. Neither has been successful. What should I do? Thanks

HI Rich, it was just an error and then straight back to the sync active. I kept trying and decided to turn everything off and on again, also didn’t work, then I tried with all my devices and 3 hours later it connected through my very old MacBook 2011 😅. 

Thanks for reaching out. I guess my persistence paid out.
