On my scale I keep getting an Error message after removing the batteries and waiting 10 seconds.

In error I sent two messages. However, I have been in contact with second Fitbit agent and am awaiting his reply ... a solution to my problem. I hope Fitbit hasn't dropped everything. We have been, I think, getting close to a solution.
