So I know I may be opening a can of worms here but someone please help me. The board is all over the place on this topic. My Aria which I have had for YEAAARRS is not working, and as so very many others, changing the batteries causes all kinds of issues. This time however I cannot seem to overcome it. IT is still giving me an ERR after the 'Sensing'. SOmeone please assist me in getting this to work.

Hello @Pattilee I don’t personally have an Aria Scale but I read your post and tried digging around to see if I couldn’t find a solution for you. I found this:

Restart your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. Once this has been done, make sure to place your scale on an even or flat surface. Finally, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if the issue gets fixed.

i can’t promise this will work but I think it’s worth a shot. Let me know how it goes 😃
