Aria shows an "ERR" message

Hi

 

i have had new WiFi router so was trying to connect my scales. I have done the set up 5 times and it says it’s a success. However when I try and use the scales it just says sensing..., then ERR.

 

Please help before I throw it out the window.

Unfortunately, "throwing it out the window" is about all you can do with it.  Do a search here for "sensing ERR" message.  LOTS of people are getting this message.  Whether it's hardware or firmware, FitBit won't say, but once they enter the "ERR" message loop, the Aria scale is pretty much just an expensive paperweight.
