Aria shows an "ERR" message

Our aria 2 just shows “err” after stepping off. No stats are given. It is connected to Wi_Fi ok and shows a daily sync successful on our iOS. We have completely reset it from scratch, connecting to a different Wi_Fi source and still no joy.
