i recently moved house and have had the scales working fine to weigh me, it just didn’t sync to the app. I weighted myself in the morning, I’ve since changed the WIFI to that if my new home and now can not weigh, it just comes up ERR.
i have spent hours reading the forum and seems there is no fix? How do i seek a replacement for a faulty product?
