An hour an a half i feel i just wasted money on something that won't connect. Just continue err msg. Can some help me my patience is running thin

According to the Fitbit help site, there's several types of "Err" messages that you could be experiencing. Have you tried any of the steps provided in the link I sent you? Just tap/click on the blue words, and you'll be taken to that help article.
