Aria shows an "ERR" message

Ive tried the hard reset and re-connected to wi-fi.  Have stood on it 5 times etc and still cant get it to work.  Whats next?  how do i fix this?  Or is this scale now useless?  If this is the case do all other scales do the same thing?  I have the 1st version of the scale.  How do i know the other scales wont do the same thing if i decide to get another aria scale?

You didn't say what the error message was.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
