Aria shows an "ERR" message

So, I’m getting the infamous ERR message and repeating step off, thinking screen.  I’ve taken battery out, I’ve done factory reset.   What’s the issue?  A scale that costs this much should last for years.

I too am having the same issue. ERROR shows up. I have done a reset n even removed and re-entered the scale and still receiving the ERROR message

same here,reset, new batteries, uninstall, reinstall, connect to network, re invite family  ERR on ARIA  still frustrated to say the least
