Hi I’ve had my scales probably for a little over 18 months. However yesterday the ERR message came up. I’m guessing from everyone else, everyone is having the same problems. This really shouldn’t be the case with the amount of cost of the the scales! So I’m also guessing customer service really isn’t that helpful and I’m not going to get my scales fixed? It’s honestly disgusting! I would never buy any Fitbit product from this company ever again. And I wouldn’t be telling other people to purchase anything if it’s only expected to last 18 months.

Can you please provide the exact error message you received? There's several listed in the help article for error messages, and until we know which one you received, we can't tell you what the next course of action is.
