I bought the first Fitbit smart scale and it quit working literally a couple days after the warranty went out. Fitbit told me ways to reset it because I kept getting ERR message. But they wouldn’t honor warranty because of less than a week out of warranty. When that scale came it, it was quite expensive. I really want another smart scale but I’m not willing to support Fitbit products if they aren’t willing to stand behind them. Now they’re only $50 or so. But since I know it’ll only work until just after warranty expires and Fitbit could care less about it, I am looking for a better product. And Ive owned that scale and at least 3 other Fitbit trackers. Once the one I’m wearing dies... I will be looking for new devices from a company who cares about their customers and what we have to say.
