Aria shows an "ERR"

I have the Aria scales and every time I step on, after it is done ‘thinking’ it comes up with a message ERR. I have tried resetting it up, reconnecting it to the WiFi but still I get the same message. Can anyone help please?

I have the same exact problem that started last week.  Haven't been able to find any solution to it.
