I weighed myself over 10 times this morning some of the time the scales recognised me some of the time they didn’t and decided I was a guest. The reading I got varied by up to 7 Kilos The lowest being 97 and the highest 104, body fat varied hugely too. This is ridiculous. Last week I stepped on them once and weighed 100k. Any advice? Second week into my diet. This is very demoralising.
