Aria shows “no sync” and “network err” messages

All of a sudden my scales stopped syncing on 15/11. Nothing has changed and no other devices on the network are having any issues. This looks to be an issue for a lot of people ... please help. I won’t be buying the Aria 2 if this what Fitbit are trying to achieve.

@Kel1987, not sure why your scales quit syncing, but be aware that the Aria 2 is no longer available for ordering. The Aria Air uses Bluetooth to sync, vs the WiFi.

 

You may want to check the WiFi settings on your Aria scales to see if it will reconnect.  Check out this Aria Help article to see if that helps reconnect the scales:  https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1158.htm
