I'm at my wits end here. I have 2 iPhones. One old and one new. When I originally set up Aria last year it happened to work with the old one, so I've been using that just because... it's impossible to get it to work with the new one. I've never gotten Aria Air to work with my new one.
Today when I hade to change batteries in Aria Air (I hate when that happens because it means HOURS of desperate work to try and make it work and it never does) I thought I'd give the new iPhone another go. Nope. Didn't work. So I removed the Aria from my account hoping to set it up again. Won't work. It says the Aria is already working with another account (not true! I only have one account) and that I should ask for an invite in the email.
(BTW. When I ask for invites in the email - nothing happens. So it seems like Fitbit's web site isn't fully working (a ton of 404 pages) and Fitbit's email isn't fully working. Is this company still in operation??)
I tried to remove the Fitbit Aria Air from my account. Now I can't seem to put it back! My phone finds the Aria, no problem - but it cannot connect! Sometimes I get fail. Sometimes it says another account is using the scales but I removed it from my account so it shouldn't be there!!!
So another alternative I get is "Reset scales". I've done that several times - fail! Again I get the same screen "Request invite" or "Reset scales". I've done that 10 times now. What's next??
I don't know how many times I've had repeat the set-up process. Nothing!!! Help!!!! Feels like I'm drowning and there's not a clue on how to get this monster working.
