I just called support to assess a problem where my Scale was reporting BF? for BodyFat for the past month... Up until a Month ago it was working fine... I was told that My Scale is outside of the 1 Year Warranty and the Support Rep on the phone suggested going to their Website to look at their NEW Scales to purchase a new one... A 1 Year Product Support for a Scale like this is poor... The weight results are fine however the BodyFat results don't work so it's a pretty safe assumption that there is a faulty sensor or technical issue other than abuse... This is the second time I'm experiencing poor results from FITBIT as a company... This is the last purchase... Customer satisfaction is obviously not high on their list.
