Aria stopped synching 11/11/2022

My Aria scale stopped uploading measurements. It shows it is connected to WiFi. Last synch was a few days ago. It fails now after measuring. Weight and trying to upload. This is a Aria not a newer model.

Hi John, I'm glad you asked this question!!  Mine stopped syncing about 9 months ago and I can't figure out how to get it back up and going.  I've tried reset and tried reconnecting to the Wifi.  I suspect that the original ARIA might not be supported anymore.  Hopeful you get a response so that I can learn too!

Yes i figured this is what happened as they have the new lesser scale avaliable. Mine was updating till the first of this month unfortunatly. I hope they figure it out or something as i like the BMI function of the older scale.

My Aria stopped posting Saturday 19Nov2022. It last updated about noon and got an ERR message the next day.  
I reconnected to my WIFI and it relinked to the server. It still fails trying to connect. 
Firmware version 39.

Mine has started updating again. I didnt do anything to it besides intially rebooting it. Im sure it wont be connected forever. Hopefully fitbit comes out with another scale with all of these functions soon.

Mine also stopped syncing in early Nov right around the time I did the app update. When you say you rebooted your scale, does that mean you turned it off and then back on again? Or is there more to a reboot?

Yes thats all i did. I did that a few time then i just accepted it wasnt going to work anymore now its working.

do you mean removing the batteries? Mine is aria 2 and stopped syncing nov 16. I cant reconnect to WiFi

Yes. I removed the batteries a few times and it didnt work. Then a few days later it started syncing to my app again not sure what happened or why it started working again.

Mine quit syncing Nov 2018. Moved and it would never connect to the new Wifi. I’m opting for the “air” model

That happened to me as well. It just deceided to work randomly a few days later not sure why or what changed.

OMG. Everything with Fitbit is complicated and hoaky. You need a computer science degree to set up their stuff. It never works and you spend hours on trouble shooting and researching. Why? I just bought my scale. It is BEAUTIFUL and works well, but I paid the extra $50 premium for synching. And synching doesn't work. At all. If my Fitbit Sense is synching, why isn't my Aria? I'm returning it. Can't handle the frustration.
