I have this also. My new wifi at the new place is only supports either g, n, or g/n. I tried to enable b/g Protection, but that didn't work. So it this just junk now?

I came up with a work around to get mine working. I plugged an older router into my new router and put it on different IPs. I'm now able to sync. This work around probably requires someone with at least moderate experience with networking and how has old equipment, if you have to buy a router your better off buying a new scale since they don't seem to care to give a reasonable fix for the problem.

I’m stuck too...we had to upgrade our WiFi to support all of the distance learning bandwidth needed. So is my scale junk?

Fitbit never contacted me and all I could do was replace it and get the newer model! Sorry!

When I called for support on setting up my Aria, I was told that I would either have to buy a new Aria Air, or buy a new router there wasn't anything else they could do since that scale was from 2012 and would not connect to my internet. Nice one. I do not want your "cheaper" scale that tells me my BMI, I paid for a high end scale that measures body fat, but now it won't sync with my fit bit account because they want to sell new scales.

Wow! Very disappointing. I just tried setting up my Aria with my new Spectrum router and it won't join so I guess I have a piece of junk now too! I wish I had found this thread earlier before wasting a lot of time on a Saturday!
