Aria syncing issue and feedback

I have had multiple fitbit watches/trackers. But setting up the Aria is INFURIATING. I had to change my wifi password because someone got on my wifi. Well now I cannot get my Aria to connect. I went through the help area of fitbit, removed the battery, got the scale into set up, went to both my computer and my phones fitbit app...and nothing. It will not go any farther. In fact the app on the phone takes me to the website on my google chrome, and that takes me to google play to download the app. I'm done. Thanks for the memories fitbit, but we have officially switched to Samsung smartwatches. When this scale dies it will be the last remnants of my support of your products. I will continue to use it as a regular digital scale until it stops working entirely. Your online support is worthless, you tell people to remove the battery and then set up the scale as normal, why do you not just take the extra 5 seconds to paste a link to that page that takes people to the set up as normal instructions.
