Aria thinks someone is standing on it when nobody is in the room

Because of this, the batteries are draining in less than a week so we remove them after each use.  The biggest problem is even when you step off, it still thinks you are standing on it and it's "sensing".  For the price of this scale you would expect it to last much longer than a few years.  The only way to get a weight is to step off and gently lift the front corner so it will calculate the results.  I doubt it's even close to accurate at this point.

Mine has been doing this too! The sensitivity is crazy. If anyone walks by it, it says step on.

Have you removed the batteries to reset the the hardware?
