Hi folks,

 

I've never been fully happy with the weight accuracy of my Aria scales, but recently it has become unusable with completely random weight measurements. See my repeated readings from this morning for example (below): without changing anything my weight readings bounced around between 90.2kg and 93.2kg.

 

I keep the Aria in the bathroom, on fully-level hard tiles, and it doesn't get moved around.  I forced a recalibration by removing the batteries this morning (before the 7:49 reading) but that had no effect.

 

Any suggestions?  Anyone else get similarly bad results from their Aria?

I would contact Support, otherwise I would have suggested a factory reset (but since you have an Aria 1, there is no option for this that I could find).
