Hello, we have an Aria, used it for years (since 2016). But somehow it's forgotten me and when I weigh myself, my weight goes into my wife's dashboard and she's NOT happy about it. We're not close in weight, maybe 50lbs apart.

 

How do I get the Aria to know it's me and send my weight to my dashboard and my wife's weight to her dashboard?

When the initials appear on the screen, press down hard on the lover right of the scale until your initials appear.

Unfortunately my initials don't appear, only my wife's and when I tap it, nothing happens
