Aria weight me as guest

My fitbit scales dont weigh me under my profile name but continuously weigh me as guest, they dont sync to show me body fat etc in my app. Worst of all I have weighed between 191lbs to 151lbs in the last fortnight and continuously weigh me 20lbs less than other scales, i have emailed fitbit but no reply yet, anyone got any ideas?
