Hi,

  I used my Aria for the first time today and it states I weigh 12 lbs more than my previous scale that I used yesterday. I understand scales are different but that is extreme and I know there is not a 12 lb increase since yesterday.

 

Help!

@Danielke Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria scale is not providing accurate weight readings. In order to correct this problem, please restart your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 consecutive times in order to re-calibrate it and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

Also, make sure that your profile settings on your Dashboard, your weight, gender and height are correct.
